Domaine Trapet Riquewihr Riesling 2018

$52.00

Hand-harvested from biodynamically farmed vineyards, the fruit is fermented in tank and aged 10-12 months in neutral French oak barrels and concrete eggs.  Andree Trapet, the wife to Jean-Louis Trapet of Gevrey-Chambertin, makes dry, racy and a leaner style of Alsatian Riesling.  The 2015 Riquewihr has floral and stony aromas with citrus notes and a long, mineral finish.
