When you place an order you will be asked for the following personal information: your name, email address, mailing address, delivery address, any special delivery instructions and phone number. We may share this information, and only that information which is absolutely necessary, with those third parties that are involved in the processing of your order. For example, the financial institution that issued your credit card and Australia Post who will deliver your order.

As a first time customer, you may receive a telephone call or email requesting more information/proof to confirm the details that you have supplied to us.

For the security of our customers, customer credit information is fully encrypted during processing and is not held on file. Cellier.com.au utilises the industry leading eWAY payment gateway for credit card processing.

Sales

Sales are available to persons over the age of 18 as is required by law.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.

Payment must be received before the wine is despatched.

Purchasing products on this website

You must be of legal drinking age (18 years) to purchase products on this website. Any purchases found to be made by minors (those under 18 years of age) will be cancelled immediately.

Deliveries of purchased products

Deliveries will not be left at premises unless an adult is present. Deliveries must be signed for by a person over 18 years at the time of delivery. Purchases of liquor on this website will not be delivered to an unattended premise.

Responsible consumption of alcohol

Terroir Selections and Cellier support a responsible attitude in relation to the promotion, sale, supply and consumption of alcohol. Please drink in moderation.

Errors and Ommissions

General Errors

Cellier.com.au makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, however errors do occur, and this site may contain technical inaccuracies, or typographical errors. We do not warrant that product descriptions, or other content on this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If you do find a mistake, or inaccuracies, please contact us so we may rectify it as soon as possible.

Pricing Errors

If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, Cellier.com.au reserves the right to refuse, or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, we will immediately issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.

We assume no responsibility, and accept no liability for the condition, content, or goods and services available on third party websites which may be linked to, or accessed from Cellier.com.au.

Refunds and Returns

At Cellier.com.au we pride ourselves on the highest level of customer service.

The wines we have selected are of the highest quality and we take great care to ensure the wines are maintained in the best possible condition. If you are not happy with your wine, please contact us as soon as possible so we may rectify it.

Our wines are stored in a climate controlled environment and all international shipping is done under climate controlled conditions. In periods of extreme heat we may hold off despatch to ensure the wine is maintained in top condition. You may choose to have your wine despatched despite the heat, however if you do so, we are unable to offer a refund if the wine suffers during transit as a result.

If your wine is damaged in transit, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement, or refund.

Please note that many of our wines are extremely limited and as such replacement may not always be possible. In this situation we will work with you to identify a suitable alternative, or provide a refund.
