Ceretto Aziende Vitivinicole Blange – Langhe Arneis DOC 2018

$56.00

The Blange vineyard, located on the hillsides of Vezza d’Alba, was purchased in 1985 with the sole purpose of planting it with the Arneis grape.

Bright and refreshing, this opens with scents of honeysuckle, jasmine, pear and yellow stone fruit. The round but lively palate offers peach, green apple and a hint of white almond. Its fragrance and flavour are also enhanced by the small amount of CO2 maintained from the fermentation, which also helps to make up for the varietal’s typically low acidity.

Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserve fragrance and flavour, which are further enhanced by the small amount of CO2 retained from the fermentation.
